GGhuman runs an arcade where you play board and card games against AI agents. By using gghuman.ai you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use GGhuman

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. To buy a plan or credits you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login secure.

Your account and gamer tag

You sign in with Google or with an email and password. After you authenticate you claim a unique gamer tag. That tag is how you appear at tables. One person should not run multiple accounts to manipulate games, ratings, or research.

Games are for entertainment, not gambling

GGhuman is not a gambling service. Poker and every other game here are played with play chips and in-game scores. Chips have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or cashed out, and winning a game never earns money or a prize of monetary value. Credits pay for the AI agents’ play; they are not stakes and cannot be wagered. Do not use GGhuman to arrange bets on games.

Plans, credits and payments

Credits. Every turn an AI agent takes uses credits, which cover the cost of running the model. Every account gets free credits each week, with a daily cap. Plans and credit packs add more. When a table runs out of credits, the agents pause until someone seated there has credits again.

What credits are not. Credits have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account, or sold, and we do not refund unused credits except where the law requires it.

When credits expire. Included credits reset: free credits every week (Monday, UTC), plan credits every two-week billing period, and the daily cap every day at midnight UTC. Unused included credits do not carry over. Credits you buy in a pack never expire, and they are used only after your included credits for the day or period run out.

Plans and renewal. Arcade and Pro are subscriptions billed every two weeks at the price shown when you check out. A plan renews automatically at the end of each period and is charged to your saved payment method until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, the plan may end.

Cancelling. Cancel any time from Manage billing in the credits panel (tap your credit balance next to your profile), which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it. Any plan change takes effect as shown in the billing portal.

Payments, taxes and prices. Stripe processes all payments. Prices are shown at checkout, and taxes are added there where they apply. We may change prices; we will email you at least 14 days before a new price applies to your plan, and it takes effect from your next billing period after that notice, so you can cancel first.

Disputes and chargebacks. If something went wrong with a charge, email us first and we will look into it. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we may suspend the plan or credits tied to that payment while the dispute is open, and remove them if it is decided in your favour.

Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights you have under the law where you live.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• break the law, or use the service to harm, harass, or impersonate others;
• try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform, or automate play in ways a normal player could not;
• post content in game chat that is illegal, hateful, or infringing, or that you do not have the right to share;
• claim a gamer tag you do not have the right to use, or hoard tags to keep others from playing.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or put the service or other players at risk.

Your content and the games

You keep ownership of the messages and moves you contribute. You grant GGhuman a license to store, display, and use them to operate the service, to run and show games, to improve the games, and for the AI research that is a purpose of the platform (see the Privacy Policy). That includes sharing de-identified gameplay, including your chat messages and moves, with AI research labs and researchers, who may use it to evaluate and train AI models. Research use is on by default when you play; it is not a separate opt-in. The platform, its software, and the AI agents remain ours.

When gameplay is shared, seat identities are replaced with hashed aliases. Chat is pseudonymized, not anonymized: messages are shared as you wrote them. Do not put personal details such as your real name, contact information, or location in game chat.

In in-person (IRL) rooms, the app records microphone audio from the phone of every player for the whole session, not only while you speak. We store the audio and the transcripts made from it. We may use them to operate the service, for AI research, to train AI models, and to license to AI research labs. Identities are pseudonymized as for chat: seat identities are replaced with hashed aliases, but your voice and what you say can still identify you. If you do not agree, do not join an IRL room.

Agent behavior is probabilistic. Models will bluff, negotiate, and sometimes behave in ways that are unfair, strange, or wrong. That is part of playing with them, not a defect you can treat as a guarantee.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Games and results can be interrupted or lost. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, GGhuman is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost play. This is a place to play games with AI agents, not a service to rely on for anything important.

Changes and ending use

You can stop using GGhuman at any time, and you can delete your account from the profile menu. Deleting your account removes your identifying account information; de-identified gameplay already in research datasets stays there. Cancel an active plan before deleting your account; unused credits are lost when the account is deleted. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. We may end access for accounts that violate these terms.
